Ishaan opens the door and was shocked to see Kunal outside. Mauli hides behind the door. Kunal tells Ishaan to be careful about his children, he found the girls wandering on streets. He was angry and says if Ishaan is a father, then it’s his responsibility to care about their security. He warns them to be careful from the next time. Inside, Mauli questions Pari and Mishti where they had been. The girls put the blame over each other. Pari tells Mauli that Sweety came over and said Ishaan’s mother left because of them, she even scolded them. They thought they really cause much trouble for Ishaan so they decided to leave. Ishaan asks if they really think they can trouble him; and his mother went because she had some work in Delhi.
Mishti takes promise from the girls not to take any such decision from now onwards. They now send the girls to freshen up. Ishaan was apologetic to Mauli. Mauli says it’s none of Ishaan’s mistake. She asks him to let her go, Kunal may realize she isn’t home and in clinic as well. She promises to be with him for whole day tomorrow; its Ishaan Mauli Shriwastav’s birthday tomorrow. She asks what gift he wants from her. Ishaan says if she insists, she may bring him a blue shirt. Mauli promises to be there.
Kunal was trying to recall he saved the girls before as well. He gets flashes from Pari’s kidnapping and Mishti when she went looking for Ishaan. Mauli returns home and finds Kunal sitting with his head held in hands. He discuss with Mauli that he was impressed by Ishaan, the way he single handedly takes care of his girls; but he was wrong. Today, his girls were wandering around the city on their own. He wonders how Ishaan can be so irresponsible. Radhika says sometimes such accidents happen, one gets busy with work as well. Kunal wasn’t ready to accept such defense. Radhika narrates once she also forgot Kunal in a shop. Kunal was offensive of their non-seriousness. Kunal had gone into the room. Mauli explains to Radhika that the girls left home because of Sweety, and thankfully Kunal found them and brought them back home. Mauli place the gift box in her cupboard, wishing Ishaan likes it.
The next morning, Mauli wishes Ishaan birthday on call. She says she will soon reach him, and is sure he will love it. She at once cuts the call when Kunal arrives. Kunal comes to Mauli and says he feels really bad about Pari and Mishti, he behaved rudely to the girls in restaurant and even scolded them today. He wish to go out with girls, and will make them up as well. Kunal calls Ishaan. Pari receives the call from her Buddy, Kunal wish to speak to Ishaan. Ishaan apologizes Kunal, Kunal was apologetic and says he wish to spend time with the girls. The girls cheer. Kunal asks Ishaan to drop the girls in park, he and Mauli will drop them home. The girls and Mauli were upset about Kunal’s plan. Ishaan tells the girls that they may return in at night and celebrate his birthday.
Kunal looks for his clothes in cupboard. The gift box fell off. There, Mauli calls Ishaan that she will meet him at night and give the gift as well. The card on the gift box had slipped. Kunal was excited to see the box. Mauli was waiting for Kunal in the hall. Kunal comes out in the blue shirt and dances around with Mauli. He says Mauli brought him a shirt but was unable to gift him, but still she couldn’t hide it. He questions why she didn’t give it, or if she brought it for someone else?
