Strings of Love: Thursday Update April 4th 2024

Sahiba enters her room and is surprised to see Angad enjoying grapes lying in a king’s style, Veer playing sitar for him as his musician, and Keerat fanning him as his maid. She asks what is happening here. Angad in a king’s style announces that she is a king of Brar kingdom and he is it’s king, so he needs special treatment. Keerat says then she is princess and Veer prince of the kingdom. Sahiba asks Angad to stop his joke and says she needs his support more now as she is anxious to follow her given responsibility towards their family seeing Manveer’s behavior. Angad asks if she knows what Sahiba means. Keerat says it means boss lady. Veer says she is one of Punjab’s 5 love stories. Keerat argues with him it’s 4. Angad tells Sahiba that Sahiba means one who rules over the hearts and he is confident that she will handle responsibilities well. He jokes if he can call her the queen. She jokingly hits him. Gurleen walks in and asks them to reach Akaal and Japjyoth’s room soon as Jasleen is fighting with them. They rush to Akaal and Japjyoth’s room.

Jasleen fights with her parents for making Sahiba as head of the family in her absence. Akaal says he had called everyone and only she didn’t come. Jasleen says they can’t make a Shimlapuri girl rule over her. Angad asks her to stop insulting his wife repeatedly. Jasleen says Akaal takes everyone’s opinion before making any decision, she will never accept their decision of Sahiba as head of the family. Sahiba asks Japjyoth to let it go as she doesn’t want any issue in the family. Japjyoth says Sahiba proved again that she is capable of handling the family. Akaal says he took a right decision. Japjyoth says Jasleen should understand that family’s responsibility is given a DIL and not daughter. Jasleen says they always make her feel that she is their daughter and nothing else. She demands to join family business and says she studied business and business was her passion, but Akaal gave business’ responsibility to Inder who was incompetent and didn’t want it, Inder almost ruined the business.

Akaal says she is using Garry’s death in her favor like she always plays a victim card to join family business; if she was so capable, she would have given her ideas to Inder or at least help Angad in business, but always had a superiority complex; he didn’t gave her a responsibility as she is incapable to handle it; she couldn’t handle her marriage and wants to handle family business. Jasleen says he hits her repeatedly where it hurts more, he always talks about her divorce whenever there is any issue. She challenges to get her business share at any cost. Sahiba tells her that she is happy to help her whenever she needs her help. Jasleen says she is not weak like Seerat and Inder and knows how to snatch her right. She walks away from there. Seerat thinks Jasleen thinks she is weak, but her acting as weak will break Angad and Sahiba’s relationship.

Jasleen asks Manveer if she is ill that she didn’t attend family meeting and oppose Akaal and Japjyoth’s decision. Manveer says she was present there and asks her not to bother as she is a daughter and not DIL. Jasleen says soon Sahiba will rule over the family and nobody will value Manveer, Inder will be busy taking care of Simran and Angad will be behind Sahiba. Manveer asks if she loves creating issues and asks her to stop her conspiracies. Jasleen says soon Manveer’s condition would be like hers and walks away from there.

Simran makes Sahiba wear a crown and says she is a new princess of the house. Angad walks in and says where a few people are against Sahiba, a few are with her and it’s up to her if she loves her supporters or not. Sahiba thanks Simran and asks her to go and sleep as she needs to attend school tomorrow. Simran asks if she can sleep with them today. Angad says yes, Sahiba says no. Simran bends. Angad kisses Sahiba by mistake. Sahiba feels nervous and says she will go and make Simran sleep. Seerat knocks the door, opens it, and calls Angad.
