Agastya Fires Imlie

Noyonika asks Agastya if he really wants to marry her. Agastya says no. Noyonika asks if he brought her out to reject her. Agastya says his decisions were always wrong and he never want to marry in life, but his daadi selected Noyonika and wants him to marry her and most of the times other’s decisions work for him and hence he will marry her. Noyonika asks if he is marrying her under family pressure. Family eagerly waits for them to return. Sonali hopes Agastya agrees for marriage. Agastya tells Noyonika that he is marrying under family’s pressure but thinks their decision will work for him. Noyonika says at least he can take his decisions, she can’t even do that. They both return and agree for the engagement. Family offers them rings. Noyonika says she heard in a serial that left ring finger has a nerve of love and the ring triggers it. Agastya says he doesn’t believe in that as relationship breaks if the trust is broken, whether it’s a spouse or employee and employer. They exchange rings. Sonali congratulates Alka and says now Agastya is under her control, she will make him dance to her tunes.

Imlie finishes working at Bunty’s food cart and tries to leave. Bunty asks where is she going. Imlie says for work. Bunty reminds her tussle with her boss yesterday and how her boss humiliated her. Imlie says she is not bothered about akhrot/Agastya’s taunts and can do anything for Ashu. Bunty tries to stop her, but she continues her heavy dialogues and leaves for work. Imlie reaches Chaudhry Sweets. Manager informs her that investors have returned and want to taste menu, Agastya is not here to finalize a menu. Imlie asks him not to worry as she will prepare the best dishes she can. She prepares dishes and serves them to the investors.

Agastya reaches shop and asks Ramesh if investors came, says he couldn’t sleep well last night due to some issues. He walks into shop and notices Imlie serving food to investors. He asks investors not to have this food as he fired Imlie from her chef’s job. Investors ask Agastya why he wants to fire a talented chef. Imlie says because she sings in a bar. Agastya says that is her problem. Imlie says it’s her ill fate that she is born poor and Agastya is born rich, what is her mistake if she sings in a bar and lied to him to get his jobb. Agastya says that is her mistake and she doesn’t want to accept it. She continues to deliver her heavy emotional dialogues and walks away calling him akhrot ka chilka with no brains.

Agastya recalls his mother singing in a bar and men misbehaving with her. Out of flashback, he tells investors that he will find a new chef soon as he can’t let a cheap bar singer ruin his family business’s reputation. Investor says they will sing a deal only if he hires Imlie back. Agastya says then he is not interested in this deal. Investor says even bar singers are human and walks away.
