The main character of Faltu is a daughter who is unwelcome since her parents wanted a male child. To make it clear to everyone how much they detest her, they purposefully give her the name Faltu.
What does the word “Faltu” mean? Useless.
The degree of cruelty and depravity in that is beyond words.
Thankfully, Faltu will battle it, and she will do it with a cricket bat.

On August 7th, it premiers in place of Rajjo, which concludes the day before.
It shares the time slot with the channel’s other new series Strings of Love because it only airs one episode each day.
