Selim thinks Kaya attempted to murder Cengiz. Kaya holds Arzu hostage when she doesn’t stop rejecting him, promising that one day she would come to love him.

The police inform Mahir that Arzu apparently took her own life. Meanwhile, Arzu manages to escape, and tells Melisa that she has left Cennet a note.

Arzu receives a shock after telling Cengiz that Kaya will no longer be a problem, while Selim shows Mahir and Orhan proof that Cengiz killed Riza.

Kaya threatens Melisa. Unable to prove that she was rescuing Cennet, Arzu is sent to prison for attacking Suat. Cennet, meanwhile, is still in shock.

Other inmates are giving Arzu a hard time in jail. Meanwhile, Cennet is on the mend. Paying Arzu a visit, Kaya receives unexpected news from her.

Cennet confronts Kaya and demands to be told the truth. What she hears from him brings her closer to Arzu. Later, Kaya plans to have Melisa killed.

Cennet believes her mother has abandoned her. In the meantime, Melisa tells Mahir the truth about the origins of Cennet and the history of Kaya and Arzu.

Nilgun is still fervently trying to stop Selim from being married to Cennet. Melisa tries her hardest to make Cennet regret the wedding and reconsider.

Melisa has succeeded in making Cennet feel too bad to continue with her own wedding, so she ends it. Selim storms out, upset.
