Doctor says operation was successful, Parveen is fine, she will be under observation. Dadi asks Aman to go and meet Parveen.

The watchman wakes up and gets vampire tooth. Everyone asks Aman to stop. Aman signs them to move back. Roshni gets shocked seeing the entire hospital staff and patients converted to vampires. Roshni gets on the wheelchair and tries to go. Aman sees all the neighbors and house staff turned into zombies/vampires. He calls Baazigar and does the magic.
He makes a shield around them. Tabeezi and Salma are on the way. Salma asks what does Kabir want now. Tabeezi says Kabir has come back for revenge on Aman, I can’t leave you alone. Salma says I will surely come to alert Roshni’s Sasural. Roshni gets angry. The scissors fly. She attacks the people. They remove the scissors and throw. Tabeezi and Salma come home. They get shocked seeing the zombies. Aman asks Tabeezi to come in fast. The zombies stare at Tabeezi and Salma. Tabeezi and Salma run inside. Aman asks everyone to run inside the house. He shuts the door. Roshni falls down the wheelchair. She begins to run out of the hospital. She shuts the door. The zombies knock. Kabeer looks on and chants Sinsa. The glass door shatters into pieces. The zombies go out to Roshni again. Roshni worries.
Kabir has returned as Zehraal, he can control anyone for 24 hours, I think he has controlled the servants also, he has come back to take revenge on Aman. Roshni sees the PCO and goes to call. Tabeezi says Kabir was alone, now he has an army. Dadi asks the protection shield. Tabeezi says yes, I will get it, you all stay here. They hold hands and chant. Roshni calls Tabeezi. The zombies come to Roshni. Tabeezi says Zehraals attacked Roshni, she called but the call got disconnected. Dadi and everyone ask Aman not to go. Aman shuts the door. He goes back and attacks on the zombies by his magic. He also gets a magic and drives fast. He rushes to the PCO from where Roshni called. Roshni gets scared and cries. Aman comes there and looks on. He does the magic and lifts the PCO.
Roshni sees Aman and smiles. The door opens. She falls down and hangs. Aman holds the PCO up. Aman gets Roshni to him, by hitting the zombies away. He catches her. The PCO falls down. He takes her to the car. The zombies attack on the family by coming to the windows. Tabeezi spreads the salt and makes them away. Dadi says we have to make an entry for Roshni. Tabeezi asks Sara and Saima to make the salt spread on all the windows. Aman gets Roshni home. Roshni recalls Aman’s words. Hamari adhuri kahani….plays…. Dadi opens the door and asks him to take Roshni inside fast. The zombies get up to attack. Tabeezi throws the salt powder on them. Roshni and Aman cry seeing each other. Kahani hamari….plays…. Dadi hugs Roshni. Roshni hugs everyone.
The zombies get up once again. Roshni sees Salma and nods. Locha Pari kisses Roshni. Roshni feels it and doesn’t see her. She sees Aman standing away. The zombies get inside and surround them. Aman and everyone get shocked. The zombies suddenly disappear. Dadi says if Kabir wants to take revenge on Aman, why didn’t he come here. Roshni says he is at the hospital, he followed me. Aman asks what were you doing there. Roshni says I went for mum’s sake. Aman gets a call from Kabir.
He gets shocked. He says you remember me, but forgot mum, she is weak, alone, don’t know what will happen with her now. Dadi asks whose call was it. Aman says Kabir is with mum. Tabeezi says you will get trapped by him. Aman says I have to save Parveen. Roshni says I will come, Kabir made everyone a Zehraal. Aman says she is there because of you. She says she will come home because of me. Aman asks if there is any threat here. Tabeezi says don’t worry, I will manage everything. Aman and Roshni come to the hospital and see it vacant. Roshni says Kabir has entire army of Zehraal. Aman says I have to save my mum some way. They see an old couple hiding. Aman says nothing will happen to you, come out. He sends them. Tabeezi says we will seal the windows by this net when Aman and Roshni come with Parveen. Roshni says Parveen is in that room.
Aman says how do you know. Roshni says Kabeer kept all Zehraal here, we have to distract them and go to Parveen. He says you will go to Parveen, I will distract them. He does the magic to distract them. Kabir says I have promised you that I will ruin Aman, your good son will die in front of your eyes, something is missing, you should kill him, you gave him a life and you should give him a death as Zehraal. Aman hides and gets Zehraals in other room. Roshni hits Kabir by her powers. Aman locks the door and runs. Roshni takes Parveen’s wheelchair and runs.
